About me
Rashika has over 20 years of experience working as a Medical Scientist in Pathology. She brings a strong background in professionalism, organisation, attention to detail and client care.
During her career in pathology, she also spent approximately five years managing a pathology laboratory. This role strengthened her skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving and managing a busy professional environment.
Rashika is now excited to bring those skills into the real estate industry. She enjoys working with people, building strong relationships and helping create a positive and professional experience for clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, cooking and spending quality time with her family.
Rashika prides herself on being approachable, organised, reliable and committed to providing a high level of service.
